The Crap Phone

So I know that you are all super interested in my new phone. Well, as my luck has it, the phone that I received from my friendly DHL driver Friday is junk. You can barely see the screen.

I spent over ten minutes on hold Friday night to hear that I could exchange this phone in the store. So Saturday morning we went to the store only too hear that we could not exchange it in the store. And "customer service has a bad habit of telling people this." Looks like customer service needs to get some customer service.

So I am now waiting for my new phone to arrive so that I can mail this one back. I shouldn't expect to be in any other situation right now. This is my luck and how things always turn out for me.
